Bought myself a novelty through them, and it's been 4 months since they said it was shipped (expected delivery date was on September 24.)

Should I start calling?

Should have called a long time ago. Not much a lot of people can do months after the fact. If you called right after it should have been there they could have contacted the shipper and seller and found out what happened.

For sure! Why did you wait so long anyway? Amazon usually clears this stuff up super quick as they hate losing customers.

Brace yourself . Amazon help desk phone number is HORRIBLE !! I had to sit on the phone with abdule in India for 30 minutes before they would transfer me to "jim" in Jersey. They didn't know which card to charge my account with so they just went charging away not calling or cancelling my order because of payment issues they just billed my now ex gf's card and who looks like the asshole there .... Amazon ? no.. ME I look like the asshole.

I don't or so I thought. Non of the card info shows up in my payment accounts and when I signed up for my prime account I'm positive I didn't use her card to pay for it.. Fuck I paid for rent , Gas , Food , Weed , EVERYTHING how could she possibly pay for my prime account

4 months later? You very well may be out of luck there man, I'd have been calling 2 weeks after it shipped and didn't get there. Did they give you tracking info on the package?

Usually Amazon still covers it. I'd recommend contacting them sooner father than later.

I always just send them an email and it gets cleared up within a day.

Hell, I got a free computer out of it when LaserShip (fuck those guys) put in that they'd delivered it. Checked the security camera footage and nothing was delivered. Amazon overnighted me another one via FedEx. Three weeks later the LaserShip one shows up in a beat-to-shit box. Contact Amazon asking for a return label since I didn't feel right keeping a ~1000$ thing I didn't pay for and they just said to keep it.
